Abstract:
An overview of the historical context reveals that women s negligible political-social participation during different periods in the society. The present study used survey method, simple random sampling and data collection through questionnaires in order to examine cultural factors which promote women s political-social participation. The study s population consists of Borazjan s women aged 18-30 and SPSS software was used for analysis. Considering the data process model and the Pearson correlation coefficient, findings showed a significance level between the effects of cultural factors on power, motivation and media variables, whereas there was no notable relationship with educational variables.
