Abstract:

The present research was conduct in order to explore impact of intellectual capital on organizational intelligence in Mobile telecommunications Company. The method of this study is of applied type interms of objective and it is descriptive survey type in terms of method of data collection. Theresearch tools include Albrecht’s organizational intelligence questionnaire and intellectual capital inventory. To analyze data, the demographic attributes including age status, education, workingbackground, and gender of participants have been initially examined by means of statistical indices and then some variables were described such as intellectual capital, organizational intelligence, and their components based on central tendency and dispersion indices including mean andstandard deviation. The mean test of population has been employed to study on status of variablesat inferential level. At the same time, in order to identify validity and testing significance among observer variables, latent variable, and also fitness of the given measurement model, confirmatoryfactor analysis was utilized in analytical statistics and to determine reliability of test Cronbach alphacoefficient was used and finally structural equations modeling were adapted to identify causal relations between research variables using LISREL software. The results of study showed thatbased on structural model; there was positive and significant relationship among intellectual intelligence and seven elements including organizational intelligence, strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, heart, alignment and congruence, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.
