Abstract:

the propose of this study is to investigate the effective factors on organizational happiness on a person and an organization . Therefore, after subjective literature study, a model about the effective factors an organizational happiness and therefore their positive effect an organization a employees is provided. the effectivefactors an organizational happiness are divided in to their different clusters : personal (personality , self-confidence,gender, leisure,maritwalstatus and….)environmental (economical, social ,political ,technological cultural ,geographical), organizational (job responsibility , EQ , organizational citizenship behavior, social و Investment, job satisfaction).finally,the happiness effect has two personal & organizational dimensions. in personal dimension happiness leads to happy life, memory strength and income increase and in organizational dimension leads to increase productivity, customer loyalty and commitment to company .
