structural and normative factors of legislation in system of Islamic Republic of Iran

Present thesis considers to structural and normative factors of legislation in system of Islamic Republic of Iran. Effect of legislation system won’t be possible without studying structural and normative factors. Legislature is very important in system of Islamic Republic of Iran and is essential for many decision makings, legislationsand planning. One of developmental indicators of governments is development of legislation. In this direction, structural and normative operation of good legislationhas been studied by indicators such as supervision, association and free referendum, governing of law, perspicuity, responsibility and replication, separation of power, liberty and democracy, isonomy, justice and efficiency and effectiveness. Also, it has been tried to study importance of good legislation in system of Islamic Republic of Iran. Purpose of this research is to provide an imagefrom a good government and base of creating a government with operation of suitable legislation. But the question is that what effect do structural and normativecomponents have in system of Islamic Republic of Iran? Considering to the performed research, it seems that structural and normative components havenegative and positive effect on legislation of Islamic Republic of Iran. In this paper, structural and normative factors have been studied as independent variable and good legislation as dependent variable. Also by using method of Ali and theoretical frame of Amartiasen in subject of legislation development, theoretical viewpoint has been tried to be argued qualitatively and finally, itconcluded that structural and normative operation of legislation cause to uphold good government in system of Islamic Republic of Iran.
