Abstract:
In this study, examined different systems due to Nitrogen and phosphor biological purification ofrefinery salinity wastewater and finally selected tow systems of USBF and MBR in order to design andcomparison. In this study, researchers done in tow retention time of 12 and 24 hours and three nitrogenconcentration of 200, 300 and 400 mg/L and two phosphor concentration of 14 and 20 mg/L and threeCOD of 800, 1000, 1200 mg/L concentration and four salt concentration 10, 12, 17 and 20 g/L. Resultsshows that optimal mode for this system is in retention time 24 hours and ammonia concentration of200 mg/L and phosphor concentration of 14 mg/L. Salt concentration was considered 10 mg/L and CODaverage refinery 800mg/L due to salt concentration average in Parsian refinery. COD removal rate is upand verifies between 7.93% and 2.96%, so that decrease by increasing COD input amount to the systemand decreasing retention time and increasing salt concentration, but input ammonia concentrationschanges, have smaller impact on ammonia removal. Also by increasing speed of nitrification, increaseamount of input nitrate to anoxic reactor and amount of nitrate removal in anoxic reactor is verifyingbetween 3.86.4% % and 8.92.8% in tow systems. Phosphor removal percent is verifying between 72.6% and9.86% and these changes decrease by reduction of retention time and increasing salt concentration.Microphotography of studying reactors, was recognized and finally current microorganisms in aerobicreactor were identified that is bacterial strain of 27863(T) Staphylococcus warneri type.
