Abstract:
One of the most important issues facing organizations today is not only providing high qualityproducts and services, but also customer retention and survival in changing environments. In thisregard,organizations use management systems and quality controlto develop quality inorganizations that is an important factor in their survival and sustainability. In this study, afterreviewing the literature, some influential and effectiveaspects of quality management have beenidentified and extracted to evaluate the effect of total quality management (TQM) onperformance of entrepreneurial organizations.The identified aspects include: customer focus, topmanagement commitment, continuous improvement, Employee participation and Supplierinvolvement . Then a questionnaire has been provided to determine the causal relationshipbetween these dimensions and after the completion of questionnaires by experts, the results havebeen analyzed by DEMATEL technique. Finally, according to the results obtained from eachaspect, they have been prioritized based on their importance and impact on performanceimprovement of entrepreneurial organizations.
