Providing the Zoning pattern of land use Suitability in researching about Coastal region of Iran (ICZM) (In Coastal line South and North)

The suitable using design of Coastal lands is a suitable process and agreeable with Coastal echosystem which its purpose is providing the integrated management for executing bases of Coastallands and presenting a suitable Zoning .The above design is the following of regulating thepresent and future expansion programs with regard to keeping Natural – environmental heritageand stabling between benefits of expansion and keeping of Coastal lands.The investigated region of the above design is in northern and southern boundary of Iran which is located in a Zone between 10 km in the land and 10 mil in the sea.[2]On of the most important parts of the research is determining the most suitable method for use ofthe Coastal lands. According to the above matter and high sensitivity of Coastal lands with respect to environmental factors and high cost of the lands by considering economic additional valueaspects ,we see that in many cases the above problems are against each other .so that , attentionto different aspects of the matter is considered in the suitable using design of the Coastal lands. The following steps are considered in the final suitable using design and producing the finalmodel: Step 1 : Evaluation of global experiences related to integrated Coastal management.Step 2 : Partial Integration in professional departments.Step 3 : Producing the land zoning factors and final Integration .[1] Diagram 1 represents the Combination Procedure for land use suitibility coastal areas .
