Abstract:The objectives of current experimental study are to investigate bed deformation of Caspian Seawith different grain size under tsunami attack. Due to the devastating, destructive and scouringeffect of tsunami waves, assessing their operation is of great importance. Experimental studiescan be significantly helpful for researchers to evaluate the process of sediment transport causedby tsunamis and lead to adopt appropriate measures, to reduce the severity of damage.
