Abstract:
In this paper we have proposed inverted organic solar cell based on conjucated P3HT:PCBM as active layer and ZnO as an electron transfer, hole blocking layer and P3HT as hole transfer layer. We have simulated the structure without ZnO and with various thickness of ZnO layer. Results show that ZnO layer optimizes IOSC parameters. It has demonstrated that proposed inverted organic solar cell with P3HT as HTL layer has better performance than structure with PEDOT:PSS buffer layer. power conversion efficiency of structure obtained in optimized ZnO layer of 28nm is 3.38 times of structure without ZnO layer. The parameters of Structure with P3ht anode buffer layer, 86% ,Voc=17.88%, FF=21.25% percent were optimized compared to structure with PEDOT:PSS layer.
