Today, one of the major urban instability challenges is a type of urbanization with acute problems of informal settlement or marginalization. The general state of urban living in developing countries has created a worrying situation over the past decades. Informal settlements are a haven for a high percentage of the population in the cities of developing countries. Over the last decades, unplanned neighborhoods and informal settlements have gradually formed, it has been expanded largely on the outskirts of large metropolises and large cities, outside the formal urban development plan. These self-built communities or peripheral neighborhoods which are called informal settlements, their main function is to provide land for the construction of a suitable foundation for the low income groups of immigrants from villages or low-income and poor urban groups driven from existing urban. These environments have low service and low income and job insecure residents, and the environment is ready for adoption of social anomalies. So we have to find ways to deal with this phenomenon.
