Psychodynamic power of structural design in the reinforcement of transformative architecture

This research aims to deliberate the worthwhile role of coherent structural designs in the reinforcement of transformative architecture through the manifestation of spatial and physical aesthetics and identity into the building. Also maintaining a metamorphic edifice regarding keeping its identity while adding modern architecture would be the target. Connotation as the omnipresent goal of a design can be conveyed to the prospective addressee as perceived senses and potentials derived from the design of that masterpiece. The resulted process has the great impact on the brain initiatives and cognitive responses for visitors so that epistemologically, that construction will be durable in light of its popularity by the cognitive deducing process. In this research, the objective is to demonstrate a new fact, structural design as a complementary attachment can make this cognitive aesthetics and identity to make a durable building according to the brain judgment. This process either as making new buildings or as adding complementary spatial attachments to monuments would be one of empirical innovation in the world of architecture. This integrated qualitative and quantitative research is initiated throughout the contemplation of Reichstag dome- Germany. This paper would firsthand elaborate on the hypothesis throughout relevant and specialized scholar s comments over different resources while comprehensive observations were made and ultimately these two procedures resulted in logical conclusion from the phenomenological point of view. Then the target would be manifested while conducting a survey on two groups of people, firsthand on the eminent architects from Germany, and then on the mature architects of Iran, who visited Reichstag. Results show that transformative architecture can make identified brand-new buildings & spatial configuration and can make complementary attached architecture to the edifices while maintaining the demanded principals such as synergy, stiffness, and strength. Implications lead to better understanding of integrated structural design and glamorous future for the progress of transformative architectures throughout buildings.
