Abstract:

Today the world population is increasing; the need for optimum utilization of fish stocks to ensure food is felt more than ever. While the world is moving rapidly towards globalization, biodiversity or in the other words, precious resources management of life, one of the biggest and most important challenges facing humanity today is Aquatic one of a number of species and high biodiversity value form. In other words, the network and the other species is a source of life, their families, communities, nations and future generations depend on it. And the link between organisms is that each of them can play its part in the wider ecosystem. Conventions are an important part of life, regenerate and rehabilitate aquatic biodiversity as one has to take into consideration and Regional Convention - Environmental Caspian Sea is one of important of them. The study compared the provisions of this Convention and the rules and regulations Domestic measures and international laws and regulations and rights in Caspian Sea a clear vision can be achieved by protecting the life of this valuable species. In this paper is attempted to consideration, in the light of the provisions of Caspian regional convention for the Protection of Aquatic Life and rehabilitation
