Abstract:

Five spores of useful bacteria as probiotic were employed in supplementation of experimental diets of Common Carp larvae. Five diets were formulated to be isoenergitic, isolipid and isoprotein, but contain different levels of concentration of probiotics. Three concentrations of probiotic bacilli (1×116, 2×116 and 3×116 CFU/g) in these diets were supplemented respectively. A diet containing Biomar feed, without the probiotic bacilli,was used as a control diet. Fifteen circular fiberglass tanks (capacity of 11 liters) with three replicates for experimental and control treatments, were used in this trial. Common Carp (Cprinus carpio) larvae were fed based on the 5: of their body weight for three times a day with diets of Carp1, Carp2 and Carp3 in experimental treatments and controldiet (CD) in control treatment respectively., At the end of the period the fishes weretested by thermal (414C), alkalinity (pH=12), ammonia (5 mg/ liter) and acidity (pH=2) stresses. Also every larva from each tank was sampled and biometeried and some growth,feeding parameters were calculated. The samples were homogenized and the biochemistry factors were measured by chemichal methods. The beneficial influence of probiotic bacilli on some of biochemistry factors of Common Carp larvae, were observed.The beter results resistance rate and survival time of Cyprinus carpio larvae in challenge tests were obtained in experimental bacterian treatments. The supplementation of probiotics bacillus in experimental diets also affected the some biochemistry factors with values statistically better than the control parameters in Common Carp larvae.
