Abstract:

Energy consumption in buildings is under the influence of various factors on the location of the building, type of Design and orientation of the building and land use and how to use the building. In order to meet the energy standards for buildings and determine a suitable model of the building envelope and building systems studied. Building envelope in accordance with the regional climate and the characteristics and thermal insulation materials used in building systems in accordance with the requirements of the building must be checked. For this purpose, the temperature required for different parts of a building and the amount of energy loss in any specified area .to determine the energy loss of each section is provided in the control list of energy consumption (energy checklist) is that In this part of energy consumption and the level of energy consumption in buildings is necessary for different types of energy, including electric energy. To compare the results, were selected, five different types of land uses, including residential apartment complex of 12 floors, residential apartments 4-storey, 13-story office building, 600 bed hospitals, hotels 5 floors and 60 rooms. The energy consumption of different buildings and saving energy after the implementation of solutions to optimize the efficiency of short-term and medium-term economic strategies and it shows. Optimizing and saving energy solutions are applicable and monuments made two proposals in buildings.
