Abstract:

Background and Aim: In a world where digital technologies change our work and manage our capital, it is unique that digital systems are proposed as a potential solution for providing clinical and cost-effective care. That these digital technologies play an important role in the treatment and prevention of diseases and respiratory disorders; in fact, digital health has had a significant impact on the recovery and control of respiratory disorders. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of digital technology on the treatment of diseases and respiratory disorders.Methods: The present study was a systematic overview with a comprehensive search of web sites, validated journals, Scopus, SID, Google Scholar, ISC and related articles in this field. The combination of them was used to search the English input language and the keywords Digital technology, self-management, respiratory diseases, and the time range from 2012 to 2018 was considered for the selection of articles. The articles were found in about 144 articles, of which about 93 articles were included in the study, and then these articles were evaluated in terms of title, abstract and full text. After removing repetitive and unrelated cases, about 65 related articles Was selected by research.Results: The results of this study indicate that the use of digital technology for control and treatment of respiratory diseases, due to the prevention of repeated referrals to clinical centers, both in terms of saving time and cost-saving costs are very cost effective. It is cost effective. One of the benefits of using digital technology for respiratory illnesses is the possibility of video counseling, diagnostic services and in-person control and pulmonary rehabilitation; however, the successful implementation of digital health programs for technical, organizational, social and legal considerations. Individual levels, community and system.Conclusion: The results of the studies showed that digital health is a potential solution to provide comfortable and flexible modes of communication and data transfer and professional ethics assessment, which in turn can be self-explanatory. Management is advocated in respiratory diseases, as well as for providing clinical and cost-effective care, which is a challenge for health systems around the world.
