Investigate the strategic relationship between company thinking and performance Case Study: Razi Insurance

Strategic management and strategic approaches help managers to identify and exploit opportunities in a competitive environment. And in the opposite direction, by identifying and avoiding threats, minimize its negative effects on the organization. Survival and growth in a competitive environment depend on the effective strategy of the organization. The main objective of this research was The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between strategic thinking and the performance of Razi Insurance Company. In general, the method of collecting information through library and survey method and the statistical method used in this study is multiple correlation and regression method. The descriptive results of the research showed that the level of performance of the institute is estimated at a very low level Organizational culture (management attitude towards risk, reward system and senior management support) and organizational structure (formalism, centralization and inter-organizational teams) are moderate and strategic thinking is less than average. The level of organizational capabilities and abilities is also above the average The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture, organizational structure, capabilities and talents of the organization with strategic thinking. There is also a direct and meaningful relationship between strategic thinking and the performance of the Razi insurance company.
