A mathematical production and inventory management model for Production firms

In this paper we estabilish an integrated mathematical production and inventory management Model which is based on five parts include: Finished goods production, Inventory control of end products in production and Distribution Facilities, Semi-finished goods production, Inventory control of row materials and Inventory control of semi-finished products. we focue once, search the various kinds of production management models which are designed in the same fields and selecting proportional models, then we select the suitable models for developing the new model and in the next step we develop an integrated five parts production and inventory management with mathematical theme which is based on selected models in previous step that it’s goal is decrease expenditures of company in all of it’s five parts and finally. Eventually we validate our methodology in 7 cases through its application when it is confronted with a large production management in Iran khodro Iranian Company. Empirical results have been illustrated at the end of paper.
