E-Supply chain performance measurement for Logistics Service Providers Case study: Persian Gulf Co

Measuring performance of e-business in supply chain (e-SC) has become very important, especially in recent years, because if firms couldn't evaluate its pei·foi·mance, couldn'tmanage it and thus improve it. Managing e-SC needs to focus on processes and their performance beyond the organizationalboundaries. But lack of e-SCM performance measures and measurement in the logistics context for logistics service providers (LSPs) has been recognized as one of the seriousissue in this area. Using previous research for LSPs and data collected from a real case, PG Co, we developed acomprehensive framework for e-SC performance measurement.
