Abstract:

Although many project-based companies attempt to perform knowledge management through spending much time and money, it should be questioned whether this spending of time and cost has brought desirable returns. Hence, it is necessary to rank the project-based companies with a suitable method given their endeavors for performing knowledge management and the result they have obtained from these endeavors, so that it can be found out which companies have worked more efficiently. In this research, 18 Iranian project-based companies are ranked by robust data envelopment analysis, and GAMS software is used for coding. Three of the most important critical success factors are considered as inputs of robust data envelopment analysis model, and three of the goals of project-based companies from performing knowledge management are considered as the model outputs. The time of this survey is November, 2016. Statistical population includes knowledge managers of project-based companies
