Abstract:
miRNAs have ability to regulate the expression of many genes. They are not only could inhibit many intracellular signaling pathways; but can also activate genes that affect the central nervous system as well. Given that it has been shown that about 20% of miRNAs are involved in the stress disorders, and about 10% of them are also involved in metabolic diseases, so it s possible to refer common miRNAs involved in both of these pathways. Given the long-standing relationship between the role of neurological disorders and nutritional problems, here we are trying to link the genetic and epigenetic relationship between Anxiety and metabolic disorders by miRNAs.
