Abstract:

Iran ranked 2nd in fusil based energy reservoirs, is one of the wealthiest countries in energy resources, but Iran is itsgreatest importer of Gas & Oil; because of highly increasing demand of energy, energy experts predicted that in 4thdecade of 21st century its supply can only provide its own demand of energy , this high domestic demand of energyin Iran caused an energy intensity Twice the global average and Consumption index of five times the global index ,these shocking Data , well defines the importance of energy management and energy Audit in Iran . Householdswith total consumption rate of 40% of Iran’s total energy consumption must be taken account as the 1st rankedconsumers of energy in Iran while Industry Share in just 28%; this massive energy consumption shows thatmanagement and Audit in Buildings is in the top importance of matter. Since every plan even with highestenvironmental importance needs to be economically desirable to be accepted by majority of people andorganizations , Energy audit for buildings must be economically analyzed and governmental supports is to bepredicted to this Macro-plan can be performed to stop this crisis of Energy consumption in Iran.In this Paper energy audit for an average usual case is performed and its costs and revenue through a 10 year periodcalculated, results shows that Iran’s current fusil portfolio prices is not desirable for investment in energy audit ofbuilding , in this matter a new price system for fusil fuels especially natural gas is advised.
