Abstract:
In this paper we study kinetic and thermodynamic parameters for elimination of methylene blue (MB) dyefrom aqueous solution by application nano clinoptilolite zeolite (NCZ). The effects of some important parameters suchas kinetic and thermodynamic parameters were studied. It was found that second-order kinetics model (r2 = 0.9994) ismore better than first-order kinetics model (r2 = 0.1688). The change in Gibb's free energy, the change inentropy and the change in enthalpy were also investigated and calculated for this removal. this process hadnegative changes in Gibb’s free energy and positive in enthalpy and entropy. This adsorption was an endothermic andspontaneous process.
