Materials and methods: The participants were 36 available and eligible older adults of Kerman province with the age of up to 65 which randomly divided into 3 groups based on Berg balance scale marks and each group consist of 12 older adults. Our training groups are including dual task under fixed priority, dual task under variable priority balance training and control group. Experimental groups received 45 minute individualized training session, 3 times a week for one month (4 weeks) . For analysis data we use ANCOVA and bunfforeni test. Results and discussions: The results showed that there was a significant difference between dual task training groups and control group in Berg balance scale and Tug test under single task condition, but there was no significant difference between dual tasks training groups. In addition, the results about Tug test under dual task condition showed that there was a significant difference between dual task training groups and control group and also between dual task training groups. Conclusion: In general the results showed that dual task balance training improves balance performance in older adults but persons who training under dual task with variable priority had better improvement under dual task conditions
