RELATION TO ADDICTION, EMOTIONAL LONELINESS AND DIFFERENTIATION IN FEMALE STUDENTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT GORGAN AZAD UNIVERSITY IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020

Abstract:

Background and Aim : In recent years, the trend towards addiction has grown significantly in both genders. While this growth in women has been accompanied by a higher increase compared to men . Drug addiction is often an offensive affair that is susceptible to infection. There are several factors in the preparation of addiction that interact with each other leading to the onset and then addiction. Loneliness is a result of the emotional excitement that occurs before high-risk behaviors. Non-differentiated people who do not have a defined identity for themselves, They experience high chronic anxiety and are susceptible to various types of physical and psychological disorders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between addiction preparation, emotional loneliness and differentiation among female students of physical education of Gorgan Azad University.Methods : The research method was descriptive correlational. The study population consisted of female physical education students of Islamic Azad University, Gorgan, in the academic year of 2019-2020. A total of 150 individuals aged 18 to 35 years were selected through voluntary and voluntary sampling. In order to study the variables of each participant s research on addiction preparedness questionnaire (APS) Zargar (2008), Questionnaire on Emotional Loneliness of Jokar and Salimi (2012) and Short Form of Rasool & Associates Differentiation Questionnaire (2016). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 24 using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression.Results : The results showed that the component of emotional-loneliness (romantic, family and social) has a positive and significant relationship with the component of active drug addiction (passive). Which is a stronger predictor of social component. The component of self-differentiation (my position, mixing with others, emotional fracture, and emotional responsiveness) has a negative relation with the component of addiction preparation. Which has a stronger relationship in the dimension of integration with others.Conclusion : People with low differentiation experience high levels of chronic anxiety and are the most prone to acute psychiatric problems. As a result, there may be signs of a tendency to material. Therefore, in the area of drug dependence prevention, Officials, planners and practitioners of the educational system can help to reduce the feeling of loneliness and improve the self-education of students in this field by holding workshops.
