COMPARISON OF SMOKING AND ALCOHOL USE AMONG TEENAGE DRIVERS WITH AND WITHOUT DRIVER S LICENSE

Background and Aim : Introduction:One of the serious health threats, which in recent years due to rapid social change, the health agencies, law enforcement and social policy as one of the most important problems in the community are taken into consideration, the prevalence of risky behaviors risk among different classes, especially adolescents. Objective:This study of smoking and alcohol use among teenage drivers is a city without a driver s license. Methods : Methods:The subjects were 60 young adults available for sampling were chosen from among adolescents Arak Iran completed risk adolescents.Results : Results:Results showed that among teen drivers with and without a driver s license from the city, there are significant differences in smoking and alcohol consumption. This means that smoking and alcohol consumption among adolescents compared to adolescents without a certificate was more certifications.Conclusion : Conclusion:Can be said to have a driver s license for teenagers can be an important factor in preventing high-risk behaviors such as smoking and alcohol.
