Abstract:

E-learning is emerging as a popular learning approach utilized by many organizations and organization managers are constantly using it as more cost-effective ways to deliver training to their employees. Its viability, effectiveness, and potential to return tangible benefits to organizations depend largely on how it is designed, delivered, and evaluated. This study aim to assess the effectiveness of e-learning in Isfahan regional electricity corporate. Questionnaires were designed to measure variables. The samples were selected randomly. Also, SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze data and test hypotheses. Studies show that many expenses such as booking training facilities, travel costs for employees or trainers, plus employee time away from the job are greatly reduced in e-learning. However, spending large amounts of money on new e-learning efforts does not grantee the desired economic advantages
