Abstract:

Background: Ultrasound use in medical for anatomical abnormality diagnosis in fetus, Gestational age and multiple pregnancies. The aim of this study is the effect of ultrasound in mother and fetus.Method: This study is a review of the scientific bases, through Search in Sciencedirect, Pubmed and other authoritative scientific sources. Results: Findings indicated that ultrasound can reduce blood perfusion in the body of mother and fetus which leads to maternal and fetal fatigue. According to evidence do 1 to 3 times ultrasound under specialist supervision does not have any risk to the mother and fetus that this matter applies to the 3D and 4D ultrasound. But on the other hand should know that ultrasound more than 3 times during pregnancy can cause clot formation in the mother s body, and even abortion. Too much resting of mother after ultrasound can Couse cerebrovascular Accident and reduce cardiac blood flow so the mothers resting should be According to the Exact plan. Also, according to the findings ultrasound can diagnose abnormalities such as cleft palate or some bone abnormalities but in the type of 3D and 4D three times more energy import to fetus. So it isn’t in the interest of fetus and should be prescribed only when it is necessary. Conclusion: the benefits of ultrasound waves on birth control and its ability to predict the health of the mother and the fetus is not understatement but considering its Possible Complications on fetal growth and mother during pregnancy doing it should be at necessary moments.
