Knowledge management flows includes generation, retrieval, sharing, and application. The great part of research attention has been given to the efforts in developing an evaluation model of knowledge management flows and the variables excluded from knowledge management flows acting and how they affect Companies efficiency by using system dynamics model and in a particular case of PADYAV consulting company.
