The study of director’s moral intelligence (compassion, openness,forgiveness and generosity) on improving employee motivation Case Study: oxin Khozestan Steel Company

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of moral intelligence on improving the employees' motivation in the Auxin Khuzestan Steel Company. This company's employees with a population of 1000 people were considered aspopulation. According to Kerjesi- Morgan table, 300 subjects were determined as sample. The sampling in this studywas stratified and after the validity of research tool was approved by experts in order to determine the reliability theCronbach's alpha coefficient was used and the resulting coefficient was equal to 0/881 for moral intelligencequestionnaire and for Job Motivation Inventory was 0/819. The research method considering is executed in the Auxin Khuzestan Steel Company, in terms of purpose is an applied one and in terms of data collection is descriptive research(non-experimental) and among the field studies. And in terms of the relationship between the variables is correlation.This research tries to measure the effects of moral intelligence, including compassion, openness, forgiveness and generosity on the employee’s motivation. These relationships using the software (SPSS) was investigated and the results of this research confirms the existence of a significant positive relationship between moral intelligence and the promotion of employee’s job motivation (n=300, r=/865). The findings also suggest that components of director’s moral intelligence have a positive and significant relationship with enhanced employees' job motivation
