The Mediating Role of Corporate Entrepreneurship between Top Management Support and Corporate Performance of Insurance Companies in Tehran

This paper investigates the relationship between top management support and corporate performance through corporate entrepreneurship. The analysis is based on the investigations of collected respondents through a case study of insurance companies by a standardizationquestionnaire and analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between top management support and corporateperformance through corporate entrepreneurship. Corporate entrepreneurship plays a mediating role between top management support and organizational performance. Thefindings show that the performance of insurance companies is improved and the approach can be extended out to other companies and larger population.
