Abstract:

Today, organizations need to institutionalize the entrepreneurial culture for entrepreneurship. Organizations must look at human resources as a key resource and do its utmost to maintain and support it. Accordingly, this research was conducted to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial organizational culture and organizational commitment in the city of Zahedan in 2017. The method of this research was descriptive and surveying. The statistical population of this research was all employees of Zahedan municipality, whose number was 167 people. Morgan method was used to determine the sample size and 114 were selected randomly from among employees. The Mcguire Entrepreneurial Organizational Culture Questionnaire and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire of Allen & Meyer (1999) were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaires was approved by the professors and experts. Regarding the reliability, Cronbach s alpha test was used, which was confirmed. The descriptive tests, Pearson tests, and linear regression were used for data analysis. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial organizational culture and its dimensions except for the employees’ open communication. Therefore, organizational entrepreneurship culture should be created in the organization to improve organizational commitment of employees.
