Abstract:

Today, Nano particles alongside a basic fluid are employed in order to enhance the rheological properties of the fluid injected to reservoirs and it is known as Particle Technology. In this article, it is attempted to consider the stability of Nano particles which is crucial in creating Nano clay (Montmorillonite) and have special properties such as high thermal resistance and stability against high pressures. The reduction in the injective fluid loss (Surf, OMMT2, OMMT-1, MMT) is acquired through an optimized increase in the viscosity of the injective fluid which is the result of Nano particles inflating in the presence of water. It is aimed to create a uniform path for the injective fluid and to control the velocity of the produced fluid. But considering the high sensitivity of the Nano clay particle to water and its inappropriate inflation in reservoir condition, by adding some chemical solutions and changing PH to a suitable amount, the appropriate inflation can be reached. For calculating the contact angle in various wettability conditions, the SESSIAL DROPmethod is used. Calculating the contact angle of a surface is one of the ways of assessing the wettability of the surface. The rheological feature of Nano surfactant on a rotational viscometer, PVS, is set at 25 C. And IFT is calculated by a drip extensometer of DSA30 type made by Kruss company. And some tests, including various rays such as XPS spectroscopy, elemental formations and numerical formulas, chemical, and electronic states, are registered by DSC method and kinetic energy (KE). Investigating the results of clay Nano particle when colliding with heavy oil shows that after a certain amount of time, it produces a surfactant made of oil which not only improves the fluid properties buy also increases the miscibility by separating light components of oil and eliminating the surface tension, leading to the maximum recovery in reservoirs.
