Abstract:
Background: pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen that caused nosocomial infection in compromised patients. The aim of study was to determine histopathological changes of liver and spleen after introducing recombinant piliQ, b-flagellin vaccine in the burn mice model. Methods: In the present study recombinant piliQ, typeb-flagellin vaccine was used for immunization BALB/c mice. Then, the mice scarified and spleen, liver were removed .finally Hematoxylin and Eosin stain were used and histopathological changes of spleen and liver were investigated. Results: experimental findings demonstrated that significantly higher level survival immunized mice with recombinant piliQ and b-flagellin than other groups were observed. Moreover, decreasing inflammation cells mainly macrophage and neutrophil to compare with other groups were observed. However, liver in bacterial suspension groups showed that aggregation of inflammation cells and infiltration in portal vein. Also, congestion o f central vein to compare with other groups were observed. For spleen fewer inflammation cells, lymphocyte, mature and immature megakaryocytic in the white pulps in the immunized mice groups to compare with other groups were observed. Conclusion: These result demonstrated that recombinant piliQ and b-flagellin vaccine can be more protective and reducing histopathological changes of liver and spleen in the burn mice model
