Abstract:

The purpose of this research is Presenting the Suitable Model in Different Method ofmonitoring the Insurance Companies (case of study: Arman insurance) . This research is akind of descriptive research which considered on surveying the suitable model according toGeneral Insurance Standards Community (GISC). Therefore, the method of research isdescriptive (survey). In term of purpose also, this research is applied. The population of thisresearch includes all staff of Arman insurance which estimated about 300persons accordingto inquiry of human resources. In this research the relative stratified random sampling methodis used and volume of sample is determined 168 persons through the Chochran formula. Therequired information is collected in two phases. At first phase: through the referring to libraryresources and at the second phase: through the questionnaire will be collected. Forconfirming the anecdotal of questionnaires the anecdotal content methods are used. Finally,in this research the sign test sample or t test and in necessity binomial test are used.Meanwhile, the Spss (Ver21) software package is used for calculating. The research resultsshowed the General Insurance Standards Community (GISC) effects on Arman insurancecompany. Monitoring not only doesn't cause any market disruption for Arman insurancecompany, but also improves the efficiency of sales network of this company. It should benoted that lack of internal monitoring in insurance companies and monitoring method ofsupervisor causes some inefficient government interference and is prevented a full-blowninvolvement of funds and professional institutions in market.
