The effects of privatization on employee organizational behavior

According to economical and managerial theories, privation and delegating public companies to private section, as a strategy and method, have been considered for governments in order to make all dimensions of companies in financials, structural and behavioral dimensions. It is obvious that paying sufficient and necessary attention into all aspects to perform correctly and strictly the privatization and continues and logier regulation and pursuit on the method of performing can have positive and constructive effect on staff organizational behavior. In this research article we deal with the examination of privatization influence on the employee behavioral dimension of industrial-manufacturing companies of Mazandaran province that their management and ownership was relegated into private sector from public sector during some current years and the positive or possible negative effects have been examined and the necessary suggestions have been presented to the authorities, through determining strengths and weaknesses
