Abstract:

Nowadays, competitive market, which two parameters of cost & quality will determine prominence, persistence, and downfall of a company, the need to focus on the costs of production has increased, especially in continuous multi-product single-stage industries that diversity of products would result in multiplicity of template and machine identification and control of production costs is very important. In this article, optimal allocation of templates-Machines is considered, which the most challengeable issue in this industry. MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) index as a compatibility factor is considered in the developed model as an important index in maintenance. Linear programming model of production scheduling based on interesting and demand coefficients of production is developed. It considers inventory control and prioritization of production as a multi-branch model using Topsis and weighted entropy methods to determine the amount of each product to produce in a short time period with the goal of maximizing profit and minimizing the cost. Therefore, integration of these concepts and a comprehensive consideration of all production characteristics and customer requests results in decrement of stoppage, wastage, and increasing of efficiency, benefit, and customer satisfactions.
