life Exploitation Civil disigns of country natural capability ,are for quality imrovment;but it has many effects like:forcible movement and emigration,destruction of agriculture fields and transportation ways, unemployment rate increasing for residendts who are the most deservingfor design benefits.So we must present suitable solution for renewed habitation ,re-entry, compensate recompense and associate thes citizens in the long period,with rely on practical experiences in the world and Iran ,in order that this article reach to its main aim which is recognizance of changes in the occupation chances because of dam constructing with typical study of Karon 4 Dam.The investigation method of this research is typical study which shows occupation positions befor building the Dam by use of registering documents and shows challenges and current occupation positions by use of half-structure interview and questionnaire of managers and experts.The results prove that destruction of agriculture fields had the most affect and changing the transportation ways had the least affect.Stall-feeding the Sheep ,keeping lactescent cows,purchasing the automobile for transportation services ,nurturing fishes,keeping honey bee,devoluting of national fields and watering designs are thesuggestive options of this article.Because costing without executive and special support isnot a guaranty on occupation,so the way of design accomplishment is important.Making new executive capacity in Power Ministry and using of current executive capacity are two solutions which are not possible in short period because of the lack of practical experience.So for accomplishment our options using the potential of organizations like Emam khomeyni committee and Jahade Keshavarzi is better.
