Mediate Effect of Technological Innovation Capabilities between Dynamic Capabilities and Competitiveness of Research and Technology Organisations

This study assesses the relationship between dynamic capabilities and technological innovation capabilities, and analyzes technological innovation capabilities effect on competitiveness using a resource-based view theoretical framework in research and technology Organisations. The article presents an empirical evidence from a survey of Research Institute of Petroleum Industry . In order to explore the relationship among constructs of survey a model were proposed using structural equations modeling. The results confirm that dynamic capabilities favors the development of technological innovation capabilities and technological innovation capabilities can improve competitiveness of research and technology Organisations.
