Finding Relation Between Effective Features of Breast Cancer Using R Software

Breast cancer is one of the most dangerous diseases in women and has the highest mortalitystatistics on the issue. In Iran,only about 15 percent are diagnosed in a timely manner, whilein many countries this percent due to about 85 in this paper, we use scientific methods andnew software of the world in the field of bioinformatics to identify and develop diseasescreening. In this study, methods and table to better understand correlation and dependenceamong the features specified in the breast cancer by using the R software. Statistical sourcesdatabase data on 699 patients with breast cancer is a type of benign and malignant, the studyhas been done. Then with the according to the findings of the chart and achieved perfectrelations between some of the features of breast cancer are visited. This led to the discoveryof some features faster. Identify of effective features on breast cancer that leads tounderstanding and interpreting them easy for researchers and physicians will appear.Therefore, we can identify dependencies between features easily and do some additionaltests and expriments are canceled.
