Abstract:

The main purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between the transformational leadership and the personality traits of school principals in Julfa region. The research methodology was non-experimental correlation type of study. The statistical population of the study included 110 people that 86 ones were taken up accidentally by Morgan Table as a sample of the study. Neo personality and Podsakov, Mc Kenzi, Moreman and Feter transformational leadership questionnaires were also applied in order to gather the related data in this study. Correlation coefficient and multiple regressions tests were also used to testify the related hypotheses of the study. The results of the study showed that there was no seen any significant relationship between two factors of delirium, agreement and transformational leadership. There were established a significant relationship between three factors of extroversion, openness and transformational leadership. Only the element of conscious was very effective to determine and recognize the leadership
