Abstract:

As you know, after water and food, the most important need of human beings is security, which is a special place in all decisions of the human society. In the investigations of the judicial and law enforcement agencies of the country, it is also pointed out that the crime areas are usually dark places, far away, quiet, and impermeable passages. Also, public and commercial spaces have a very positive impact on the reduction of crime in urban areas, which is due to the design and proper planning of the city. Therefore, the design of the city should be done using the rules, principles and principles of the city so that the security problems of citizens are minimized. In the security debate, the most important people in the first society are children and women, and in the next step, special attention should be paid to the disabled and the poor. The crisis of health and the lack of environmental safety in the physical and mental dimensions threatens the contemporary urban and urban spheres. Lack of citizens safety against accidents, insecurity in urban spaces and isolation, isolation, depression and social disturbance in urban areas, and the excessive dependence of citizens on cars and mobility in various categories are chronic urban and environmental illnesses. In such a situation, it is necessary to adopt new approaches to planning and designing the environment in order to promote the environmental health of the citizens. Accordingly, in this quest, we try to examine the impact of the strategic development designer on the social security of citizens in the Bahonar town of Mashhad and its positive effects. In this research, by examining a case study before and after the implementation of the plan, physical changes are measured based on the global criteria of CPETED and using EC9 software and AHP method to achieve the percentage of social security of citizens, and through the questionnaire, the results of the implementation of the plan It is also based on the views of the inhabitants and the urban executive.
