Abstract:

In this work, SAPO-34 nanoparticles were synthesized by dissolving Aluminium Isopropoxide and colloidal silica in an aqueous solution of tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide (TEAOH) firstly, then adding H3PO4 in the above mixture, and finally following with hydrothermal treatment. SEM analysis showed that the SAPO-34 nanoparticles a uniform size 20-40 nm. We demonstrated a successful and facial synthesis of SAPO-34 nanoplarticle with the thickness of only 20-40 nm by mixing silicon and aluminum precursors and then hydrothermally treated for crystallization. Physiochemical characterization of the synthesized zeolite indicated suitable structural features of hydrothermal assisted synthesized SAPO-34. XRD patterns showed perfect crystallinity of the hydrothermal-SAPO-34, FESEM image confirmed XRD results and also indicated uniform particle size distribution and suitable cubic morphology. Recoded FTIR spectra illustrated characteristic vibrational stretches of SAPO-34.
