Abstract:

Introduction: Physical and chemical methods are rampant in nanoparticles synthesis, the green synthesis is the best sanitation due to the conservation of the environment as well as the synthesized nanoparticles with small size and large surface area. The plant phytochemicals with antioxidant properties is accountable for the synthesis of metal and metal oxide nanoparticles. This benignant reaction is quite rapid, readily conducted at room temperature and pressure, and easily scaled up.Material and Methods: 8 gr powdered Dittrichia graveolens boiled for 5 min in 200 ml distilled water. The mixture was cooled and centrifuged. To synthesis ZnONPs, Zinc nitrate aqueous solution prepared at different PH and was mixed with several ratio of leaf extract and stirred at room temperature for various time, the precipitate was collected, washed, and suspended in distilled water. 4 examine was performed to study the effect of pH, metal to extract ratio (v/v) and time on the ratio synthesis of ZnONPs, The formation of ZnONPs was monitored by recording UV–Vis spectra and condition Optimized and evaluated with design expert software. Results and Conclusion: Considering the best condition found in the experiential projecting a second experimental projecting was performed to characterization the ZnONPs. The software Design Expert 10 was used to produce the experimental projecting, Response surface methodology was used to analyze the results. The size and morphology of the optimized product were studied.
