Abstract:

Keeping temperature and pressure of reactors in acceptable ranges is one of the most important problems in power stations. reactors are situated in a huge water tanks that has one input faucet and one output faucet and in high temperature HT sensor activated and open input faucet and allows water to fill the tank then reactor mixer mix inner liquid of the reactor. So temperature of inner liquid uniformly reduced. If the temperature of the reactor become too cold LT sensor activated and close input faucet and open output faucet then reactor heater and reactor mixer activated simultaneously and increase the temperature. Pressure is one of the most important parameters in reactor and if it exceeded, HP sensor is activated and open safety valve that causes pressure reducing. If HT sensor and HP sensor activated simultaneously, warning system activated and apprise operators by audible alarm. in this paper at first I calculate reactor characteristic then I show pulse method to solve this problem with s7-300 plc, thermocouple and piezoelectric sensors.
