Abstract:
The current study aims to analyze increase in rate of oil extraction from Esfandiar oil reservoir by the aid of cationic surfactant and observe effect of various electrical fields on it. To this purpose, we should perceive perfectly the surfactants, surface tension, electrical field and rise of extraction. Therefore, we will deal with these three topics and then build the given cycle and conduct the related tests. Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) water-base surfactant has been utilized in this project and the effects of weight defect of surfactant (0-0.12), and intensity of electrical field (0V≤E≤1543V) on surface tension has been analyzed. The empirical results indicate that in the absence of electrical field surface tension is reduced by addition of Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant on base fluid. The nano- surface tension of Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) water-base surfactant follows an incremental trend by exertion of electrical field. The rising rate of extraction is increased by injection of nano- Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant.
