Introduction and objective: Complicated pregnancy significantly affects women s sexual and reproductive health. Information regarding the sexual and reproductive health needs of women with history of complicated pregnancy is lack. The purpose of this study was to determine the sexual and reproductive health needs of women with complicated pregnancy history from the healthcare provider s point of view. Materials and Methods: This study was a content analysis qualitative research. In order to gather information, 26 healthcare providers with reproductive health and midwifery counseling expertise have stated their point of view through cyberspace such as Telegram and Email. After receiving comments, findings were encoded and classified. Finally, findings were categorized into 5 sub-categories. After the final examination, findings were placed in three main categories. Results: The sexual and reproductive needs of women with complicated pregnancy history from the healthcare provider s point of view were organized in three main categories: First classification: Attention and provision of educational and counseling needs of women with complicated pregnancy history, second classification: Attention and provision of sexual and reproductive needs of women with complicated pregnancy history, third classification: Attention and provision of communicational needs (patient and healthcare provider, professional communication between colleagues working in hospitals and healthcare centers). Conclusion: Considering the findings of this current study and also given to the adverse effects of complicated pregnancy on women s sexual and reproductive health, it is hoped to improve the quality of sexual and reproductive health in women with complicated pregnancy by adopting effective strategies.
