Abstract:
Biodiesel fuel is one of the most important fuels used to reduce environmental pollution today. In this study, the effect of fatty acids on physical and chemical properties has been investigated. The trans-esterification method was used to produce biodiesel. Nine cases of oil were used in this report. The results showed that the longest carbon chain belongs to Biodiesel Rapeseed (C8-24) about 92% and the shortest chain belongs to Biodiesel wheat germ (C16-22). The highest calorific value belongs to Biodiesel Rapeseed and the lowest to wheat germ due to the long carbon chain. The presence of dual bands and carbon chains makes it the highest density of biodiesel canola. The same factors have occurred on the flash point and the number of stanzas and viscosities. The presence of fatty acids increases the rate of pour and cloud point, so that the highest amount is related to wheat germ biodiesel.
