خلاصه مقاله:
The main aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between leadership styles of managers and organizational commitment and work ethic of employees in Keshavarzi Bank. To achieve this goal, after designing the research model and developing a standard questionnaire, the obtained data were analyzed through regression analysis. The study population consisted of employees and managers working in Keshavarzi Bank of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province. The size of the population is 144 people. In this study, simple random sampling using Morgan Table is used. According to this table, the sample size was determined as 105 people. Cronbach’s alpha test result for leadership styles was 0.89 and for organizational commitment and work ethic was 0.85. According to the statistical tests, these results were obtained that there is a direct significant relationship between relationship-oriented leadership style and variables of organizational commitment and work ethic meaning that relationship-oriented leadership style causes increase of organizational commitment and work ethic among the employees. The relationship between task-oriented leadership style and two variables of organizational commitment and work ethic is a reverse significant relationship. This means that task-oriented leadership style causes decrease of organizational commitment and work ethic among employees
