Background and Aim : Molar pregnancy is an abnormal placental trophoblast proliferation and is rarewith a prevalence of 1 to 2%. In this study we report a case of ectopic molar pregnancy following twoprevious molar pregnancies.Methods : : A 33-year-old woman MG3P0 who became pregnant following IUI and presented withsymptoms of abdominal pain and spotty underwent surgery and left salpingectomy. The patient s pathologyconfirmed ectopic pregnancy with hydatidiform mole components. The patient had a history of twoprevious molar pregnancies and a family history of a cousin s molar pregnancy.Results : Physicians who work in the diagnosis and treatment of molar pregnancies should be aware of theunderlying symptoms and pathology of couples with recurrent and familial types in order to obtain propercounseling in order to achieve a normal pregnancy.these patients will require OVUM DONATION toachieve normal pregnancy leading to live birthConclusion : Recurrent molar pregnancy is rare, so physicians should be aware of its diagnosis in order toprovide appropriate advice to couples on a normal pregnancy.
