خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, an Ultra Wideband Low Noise Amplifier with resistive feedback is presented. The voltage current feedback is used to enhanced the band width . A twosection LC resonance configuration is used to arrive at the fullband input matching. In comparison to conventional Resistive Negative Feedback LNA show improved performance parameter including voltage gain, noise figure(NF) and bandwidth. This work is designed in 0.18μm CMOS process.Simulation results show an LNA performance of flat 11dB voltage gain over 3.1-10.6GHz, 2.4-4 dB noise figure and S11<-14dB over bandwidth frequency range of 3.1-10.6 GHz. This circuit consumes 26mw
